Pheasant' is a signed, limited edition six colour linocut print on Fabriano paper by Joanna Martin.

"These are stunning birds with jewel-like colours, they brighten up our garden in winter.  When I carved this image I tried to convey the patterns and textures of feathers, I built up many layers of colours to create depth and richness."

"I carve my designs out of Linoleum or Japanese vinyl, roll them up with ink and handprint them. It’s printed on off-white 220gm Fabriano paper."
