Dispatch and delivery

Dispatch is when your order leaves BÉBHÍNN. Delivery time starts after dispatch and is additional to any production time.

READY TO SHIP

Ready-to-ship pieces usually dispatch within 3–5 days. Delivery within Ireland usually takes approximately 1–3 working days after dispatch.

MADE TO ORDER

Made especially for you. Current made-to-order pieces dispatch within approximately 30 days. Delivery takes approximately 1–3 working days in Ireland after dispatch.

€5.00 domestic shipping.

€15.00 international shipping.

Free shipping on orders over €150 with code FREESHIPPING at checkout.

International delivery

Our currently published delivery estimates after dispatch are 1–3 days for the UK, 5–7 days for Europe and 7–14 days for the rest of the world. Please contact info@bebhinn.ie before ordering if you need clarification on delivery to your destination.

Shopping with BÉBHÍNN

BÉBHÍNN currently sells online. Our future studio and workshop in Tramore is not open to visitors yet.

Local collection

Local collection is available. Please contact info@bebhinn.ie to arrange collection before travelling. Our future Tramore studio and workshop is not open to visitors yet.

Orders containing both types of piece

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces, they will be sent separately as they become ready for dispatch.

By placing an order with BÉBHÍNN you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at info@bebhinn.ie before placing your order with us.

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English.

DELIVERIES & RETURNS

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the estimated weight and size of the items. We use services from An Post (Ireland) registered postal service for both domestic and international shipping.

PRICES AND DUTIES

BÉBHÍNN accepts payments in Euro’s. Most destinations are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis, which means that all import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.

PAY

We accept payment in Euros. This means the price you see is the price you will be charged. Nothing else.
